XRD-LabStation-5 X-Ray diffractometer, as a new generation of high-performance and multi-functional diffraction analysis platform, is equipped with an HPC detector and features automatic recognition capability, enabling intelligent identification of all optical components and sample stages. Integrated with the CrystalX intelligent analysis software, it offers one-click operation and full automation from sample placement to result analysis, significantly streamlining experimental procedures and enhancing research efficiency.


XRD-LabStation-5 not only user-friendly but also highly versatile. Its high-precision θ/θ closed-loop goniometer drive system ensures exceptional accuracy and repeatability of measurements. The non-coplanar arm structure further expands the instrument’s application scope and measurement capabilities.
