Ultra-high efficiency

Safety

The unit is equipped with an automatic cut-off protection device and a safety interlocking device. When the sample chamber is closed, the device is fully enclosed. And the operation interface will have the indication of the sample chamber closed.

It can easily identify physical phase, analyze crystal structure, analyze the residual stress, and evaluate the composition of various sample types (including powder, film, bulk, and liquid).

Integrated Sollar Slit

The integrated Sola slit, which has no moving adjustable parts, enhances the reliability of the goniometric system, allowing the instrument to be installed on a vehicle-mounted laboratory platform.
