With the development of the economy, the number of pressure-bearing special equipment has increased dramatically, and its operation risks have gradually increased. When safety hazards such as corrosion and leakage occur in pressure pipelines with a long service life, their operation safety issues become the top priority in the safe production of special equipment. Traditional non-destructive testing methods can only provide inspection personnel and equipment managers with the current defect status of the equipment, but cannot give the cause of defects in pressure-bearing equipment. Using X-ray diffractometer (XRD) technology to analyze pressure-bearing special equipment can provide inspection and testing personnel and equipment users with accurate causes of defects.
