TX8000 Online Water Quality Heavy Metal Monitoring System

Real-time water monitoring, precise early warning of heavy metal pollution.
TX8000 Online Water Quality Heavy Metal Monitoring System

Based on TXRF technology, TX8000 Online Heavy Metal Monitoring System delivers ultra-low background noise and high detection sensitivity. It enables long-term, stable online monitoring of multiple heavy metals in water—such as cadmium, lead, copper, zinc, and thallium—with detection limits down to μg/L, fully meeting stringent monitoring standards for surface water, drinking water, and industrial wastewater.

The system features a fully automated sampling module and proprietary fluidics for zero cross-contamination, supports remote parameter setting and status monitoring, and allows 24/7 unattended operation. It also includes automatic calibration, abnormal alarms, and real-time data uploading, seamlessly integrating with environmental supervision platforms to support intelligent water quality monitoring networks.

The TX8000 is widely used in environmental emergency monitoring, drinking water quality testing, wastewater monitoring in electroplating and surface treatment industries, and hospital wastewater supervision. Whether for rapid response to sudden pollution incidents or continuous online monitoring at key industrial discharge outlets, the system provides accurate, reliable, real-time data—making it an indispensable tool for heavy metal monitoring in water.

Advantage

Real-time Online Monitoring

The instrument adopts Total Reflection X-ray Fluorescence (TXRF) technology for real-time online monitoring of heavy metals in water. All measurement data is automatically synchronized to a cloud platform, supporting real-time viewing on PC and mobile devices, and features intelligent alert functions.

Self-developed Fluidics Technology

The self-developed fluidics technology ensures zero cross-contamination and clog-free operation. The system integrates automatic sampling, precise data acquisition, and efficient processing, achieving fully automated operation from sample introduction to result output. This significantly reduces manual intervention, minimizes human errors and operation time, and effectively improves overall analytical efficiency.

Ultra-low Detection Limit

Breaking through the detection limits of conventional XRF, the system achieves ultra-trace detection down to the ppb level, accurately capturing extremely low concentrations of heavy metal signals in water. It meets the high-sensitivity analysis requirements for trace elements in various water matrices, including surface water and industrial wastewater.

Multi-element Simultaneous Analysis

The system can simultaneously measure and analyze nearly 30 elements, fully covering multiple application scenarios such as industrial water and heavy metal monitoring in water. This greatly reduces analysis time and significantly improves work efficiency.

Intelligent Data Transmission

Equipped with multiple data transmission interfaces including RS232/485, USB, GPRS, and Ethernet, the system enables comprehensive and efficient remote transmission, real-time monitoring, and accurate verification of operational parameters, status, and data. This provides a solid technical foundation for stable operation and efficient management of the equipment.

Built-in Automatic Calibration Module

The built-in calibration module enables automatic calibration, effectively eliminating the effects of environmental changes and instrument drift, ensuring consistency and long-term reliability of test results.

Full-cycle Efficient Maintenance

The instrument features an innovative design that combines low energy consumption with minimal maintenance burden. It is backed by responsive pre-sales, after-sales, and technical support services, ensuring timely resolution of user issues throughout the entire process—from procurement to operation—delivering true peace of mind.
