High resolution capability

Equipped with a DPPS high-resolution detector, with ultra-high energy resolution, this system operates without any monochromatic system (such as filters or graphite monochromators. It can directly capture diffraction signals, thereby minimizing signal loss typically associated with monochromatic systems.

Instruments for all

After obtaining the diffraction data, CrystalX can automatically analyze the phase and give a percentage of each component of the phase. This greatly reduces the need for the user just to click on “Start Test”, making it easy to use.

Safety

The unit is equipped with an automatic cut-off protection device and a safety interlocking device. When the sample chamber is closed, the device is fully enclosed. And the operation interface will have the indication of the sample chamber closed.

Multifunctional analysis capability

It can easily identify physical phase, analyze crystal structure, analyze the residual stress, and evaluate the composition of various sample types (including powder, film, bulk, and liquid).
