ScopeX PS8 All-in-One High-End Multi-Functional Gold Analyzer is an integrated intelligent analytical device designed specifically for multi-functional applications in the precious metal testing field. The instrument features an integrated design, requiring no external computer. It is equipped with an 11.6-inch large capacitive touchscreen — plug in and use, with convenient operation.

In terms of hardware, it is equipped with a large-area FSDD detector, offering ultra-high count rates and excellent energy resolution. It can accurately capture the characteristic signals of trace impurities in precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. Paired with an automatic XY moving stage, it enables multi-point automatic scanning detection, making it particularly suitable for coating uniformity evaluation and elemental mapping (distribution) analysis.

In terms of software, the instrument is configured with proprietary intelligent analysis software, capable of intelligently adapting to various sample forms including pure gold, karat gold, coated samples, gold-over-silver, gold-over-copper, and complex alloys — without the need for frequent calibration. Coating Structure and Thickness Analysis


Supports thickness measurement and composition analysis of single-layer and multi-layer metal coatings, capable of identifying common coating types such as gold plating and silver plating. For coated samples such as gold-over-silver and gold-over-copper, the system can automatically determine the coating structure, effectively distinguish between plated gold and solid karat gold, and accurately identify the base material (silver, copper, etc.), preventing the misidentification of plated items as solid gold. Suitable for applications including jewelry coating inspection, gold/silver plating process control, clad sample screening, and hardware electroplating quality control.

Liquid Ion Concentration Analysis
