SHINE Mineral & Rocks Edition

SHINE portable X-Ray diffractometer (Mineral & Rocks Edition) is a portable X-Ray diffractometer specially developed for mineral phase analysis in the field. It integrates XRD, XRF and computer software and other technologies, which can quickly conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, crystal structure analysis, material structure analysis and crystallinity determination of mineral samples. It has the advantages of fast testing speed, low price and high precision.

SHINE in the X-ray beam through the sample position using transmission geometry technology, micro focus X-Ray tube emission X-Ray beam through the collimator irradiation powder particles in the sample pool, unique vibration system allowed more of the crystal powder particles were exposed to X-Ray beam when meet the Bragg's law on CCD acquisition by the diffraction phenomenon of diffraction pattern. The sample size in the sample pool is fixed, so changes in sample density do not affect the resolution. This feature is especially important for low-density materials, such as drug samples, where higher resolution can be achieved with fixed penetration compared to instruments based on reflective geometry.

Integration

XRD and XRF technology integration, in each test, can simultaneously collect XRD and XRF X-Ray photon data, provide material composition, phase and structure information, so as to promote more accurate test results.

Simplicity

Instrument one-key operation, no correction, automatic detection, no extra attention to the high pressure system and water circulation cooling system (instrument without additional high pressure and water circulation cooling system).

Sample preparation is simple

A single analysis only needs about 20 mg of samples to obtain high-quality test results, sample preparation without making, pressing, scraping equality, 3 minutes to complete sample preparation (crushing, screening, sample loading).

Data transmission

The instrument through USB, Bluetooth, WIFI and laptop computer to achieve high-speed connection, real-time SHINE instrument control and phase analysis.

Good environmental adaptability

Specially developed for geological investigation, the instrument can be fog-proof, dust-proof, shock-proof, can adapt to the bad use environment.
