The ScopeX CSA Consumable Analyzer is an integrated halogen-free X-ray fluorescence analyzer designed for RoHS/ELV restricted screening and analysis of hazardous elements. Equipped with an intelligent vacuum system, the ScopeX CSA Consumable Analyzer uses low energy X-rays to stimulate light elements and detect any halogen-free hazardous substances. It is also suitable for the analysis of all elements and RoHS. It has the advantages of high analysis precision, wide range of analyzable elements, simple and fast test, etc. The results are reliable and accurate, in line with the international standard.

High sensitivity

High-power and efficient X-ray tube combined with high-performance Si-PIN detector brings extremely low detection limit, and can quickly and accurately detect trace harmful substances. Sample compliance monitoring can be completed efficiently and with high quality with only one instrument.

Combined with XRF analysis software, experience coefficient method, fundamental parameter method (FP) and other analysis methods, the accurate performance of the test data is guaranteed.

Screening of hazardous substances

ScopeX provides screening and analysis of hazardous metals restricted by environmental regulations such as RoHS/ELV. Halogen-free analysis can also be performed with standard halogen detection capability. More element detection can be customized as required.
